All High School & 9-13 timed events will be $30.00 each (Team Roping $60 per Team) All rough stock will be $40.00. 8 & Under competition timed events will be $15.00 each with the exception Calf Riding ($40) & Sheep Riding ($40) 6 & Under participation events will be $10.00 each – No payout – only year-end participation award Secretary Fee of $10.00 for each entry form

If you are not entered that day there is a $50.00 late charge accessed to every entry blank. The FINAL rodeo entry deadline with a $50 charge is the Sunday prior to each rodeo at 6pm. Entries will not be accepted after the deadline NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you need to make a change to an entry after your entry is turned in there is a $10 change fee. You may make changes up until the final rodeo entry deadline as mentioned above. If you have a medical or vet release and need to have your entries rolled you must have a doctor’s note or vet release to me prior to 7pm the Friday before the rodeo. You will lose your $10 office charge and if you are in an event that requires stock of any sort you lose that because the stock numbers will already be provided to the contractor.
There will be a 5%+nvenience Fee added when paying by Credit/Debit Card.

All LSHSRA Members & family members will pay $5.00 admittance fee at the gate. Birth Certificate or Valid Driver’s License for member must be turned in prior to entering your first rodeo as well as a completed Membership packet.
Each contestant must attend 10 rodeos to qualify for finals including both go rounds at finals. So, only 8 needed during the season . You must COMPETE in both go r0unds of Finals to be eligible for ANY finals and year -end prizes and awards. You must enter a minimum of 8 rodeos prior to finals (a Turn Out is the same thing as a NT in regular season rodeos - NOT FINALS) All LSHSRA Members will be required to sell $100.00 of Raffle Tickets to be eligible for Year End Awards.
Any Contestant that brings in a saddle sponsor will be exempt from selling all raffle tickets.
PRIZES & AWARDS, YEAR END AWARDS, 9 - 13 & HIGH SCHOOL
Events averaging 10 or more entries by mid-season will award 6 Year End Buckles & a Saddle Events averaging 5 to 9 by mid-season will award 3 Year End Buckles & a Saddle Events averaging 2 to 4 entries by mid-season will award Champion & Reserve Champion Buckles only. Events averaging only 1 entry by mid-season will award Champion buckle only. Finals will pay each Go-Round + Average. Points will be awarded each Go-round & Average. Points will count towards Year End Standings.
6 or more entries in the event at Finals: 1st & 2nd place Buckles and Cash Payout dependent upon number of entries at Finals. 2 to 5 entries in the event at Finals: 1st place Buckle and Cash Payout dependent upon number of entries at Finals. All-Around Saddles will be awarded to Year End High Point Cowboy & Cowgirl in both 9 – 13 & High School age groups.
8 & UNDER CONTESTANTS
Awards for Competition Events to be determined by LSHSRA Board at a later date including one All Around Saddle.
All 8 & Under Contestants participating in Finals will receive a buckle. ANY ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AND WILL BE REWARDED.
