What is the Cut off age for a contestant to enter a Rodeo?
All contestants must be 18 years of age or under as of September 1 and be enrolled in school. See "Official Rule Book" under documents tab for further details.
When is the membership deadline? is it too late to become a member?
A contestant can become a member at any time during the rodeo season by completing the membership packet and paying the membership fee. The membership packet and fee are due two weeks before the rodeo entry deadline. This will allow the secretary time to enter the contestant in the online entry system database so the contestant can enter the rodeo.
The exception to the above is rodeo 1&2 as we have an open membership date/deadline so we have time to get all new members entered into the online entry system.

what Is the entry deadline?
All entries are due Saturday by midnight before the rodeo date via the NextGen app.
why can I not see the events I want to enter in the online entry system?
Please check your NextGen account details to ensure the gender and date of birth are correct for the contestant you wish to enter.
What time does the Rodeo Start?
Rodeo start time is 8am Saturday and Sunday. See "Schedule/Order of Events" tab.

what time does the stall office open on Friday?
The stall office will open at 6pm and close at 10pm on Friday. Additional information can be found under the "Stalls & RVs" tab under "Rodeo Information".
can I draw out of a rodeo & receive a refund if I have already entered a rodeo?
A contestant must notify the Rodeo Secretary no later than Friday before the rodeo and provide a Veterinary Release (from vet) of Medical Release (from physician). Should it be deemed a refund is necessary, the contestant will not be refunded the office fee or any stock charge (if applicable).
How do I qualify for Finals?
A member in good standings must sell the required amount of raffle tickets, complete their work point requirement, enter a minimum of 9 season rodeos and enter the 2 Finals rodeos to receive any year end awards/prizes. See "Official Rule Book" under documents tab for further details.
How many rodeos can a non-member enter?
A non-member can enter and complete in 4 rodeos with a non-member fee. Non members will enter via the NextGen app.
Is there a fee to get in the gate?
Yes, every person who enters the rodeo facility (including contestants) will be required to pay a $5 per day gate fee. We as an association do very little fundraising, so this allows us to add to our awards at finals.
how do I become a vendor?
Vendors are handled by the Facility. Please contact Facility Manager
